PRAY Series

Raysees PRAY series products are single-spot laser emitters implemented with Raysees in-house single-emitter VCSEL and a collimating lens. By replacing EEL source in the standard TO-CAN package with VCSEL source, Raysees PRAY single-spot emitter has more advantages over the traditional device using EEL source, such as low power consumption, high beam quality, high temperature stability.

Raysees PRAY sources are mass produced in Raysees own manufacturing lines in Hefei and Shenzhen, under the ISO9001 quality management control.
