Conventional external signal generators cannot deliver the nanosecond-pulse drive currents required by LiDAR systems.
Raysees solves this with an integrated proprietary pulse generation circuit — no external signal generator needed —
capable of producing drive currents up to 40 A with nanosecond-level pulse widths.
A single driver board supports multiple VCSEL package formats, enabling nanosecond narrow-pulse
driving of multi-junction high-power VCSEL chips.
