Raysees offers a full-range VCSEL chip portfolio for consumer applications, including single- and multi-emitter chips, 

regular and random emitter arrays, single- and multi-junction designs, and addressable arrays.

Optical output ranges from mW-level (CW) to hundreds of watts (pulsed), 

with wavelengths covering visible red (650–680 nm) and near-infrared (808, 850, 905, 940 nm).
