VCSEL flood illuminator with freeform optics
Raysees LRAY™ light sources generate high quality flood illumination by integrating Raysees VCSEL chips with freeform lens. With Raysees 1.5th optical packaging process, the mass production rate of LRAY illuminators can be significantly raised, compared to that of conventional flood illuminators using diffusers.
LRAY Series
Unlike traditional flood illuminator which uses diffusers to generate a flood pattern, Raysees LRAY VCSEL illuminators provide uniform flood illumination through a tightly combination of VCSEL and freeform optics. With higher optical efficiency and higher mass production rate than the traditional flood illuminator using diffusers, Raysees LRAY illuminators can be widely used in scenarios requiring flood illumination such as smart surveillance, special lighting, ADAS (DMS/OMS/Gesture recognition), biometric identification, and so on. Raysees LRAY VCSEL illuminators have passed AEC-Q102 certification and comply with eye safety requirements and environmental regulations.
Raysees LRAY sources are mass produced in Raysees own manufacturing lines in Hefei and Shenzhen, under the ISO9001 quality management control.
